Our sales agents will take the time to find you the right community and floor plan that fits your needs. We will discuss all the new home community options from Williams Bay and Poplar Grove and our other communities. Once we pick the right community, it’s time to choose your home. However, unlike national companies that have very little flexibility with their floor plans, we want you to personalize your home. After all, we’re building it for you.
Consider our floor plans just that: plans. Move a wall, resize a window and raise the ceilings an extra foot. Pick your bathroom and kitchen features and decide if your home needs a fireplace. Your salesperson will offer guidance and advice, but the decisions are all yours. You’ll rarely hear us say, “no” to you.
Quality control is important to us so we make sure that the work on every home is checked regularly throughout construction and that the lines of communication are always open.
