Safely Reach Your Poplar Grove Homes with New Intersection Open to Dawson Creek
We all want to keep our families safe; that’s one of the main reasons why we purchased new Poplar Grove homes at The Trails of Dawson Creek, right? However, until recently, entering the community was sometimes tricky business; but, that’s all changed.
The state of Illinois has completed work on the intersection of State Route 76 and Orth Road in Poplar Grove. This intersection was particularly dangerous and the advancements will go a long way to improving safety. This is important to the residents of The Trails of Dawson Creek as it is the main entrance to get to the community. Improvements include left turn lanes and lowering the road by 3 feet.
So, now that the improvements are finally finished, new home buyers can come and see what makes our community so special!
The Tails of Dawson Creek boasts a country setting close to every day necessities such as shopping and schools. Homes are spacious with floor plans that range from 1,382 to 2,929 square feet. Buyers may choose from two to five bedrooms and one to three bathrooms with finishes such as Colonist doors and trim as well as basements.
Or, if you’re shopping for a new home outside of the Poplar Grove area, we have Williams Bay, Richmond and McHenry County real estate as well so there is plenty of opportunity to find the Gerstad Builders home of your dreams.
Once again the road is open to Gerstad Builders’ The Trails of Dawson Creek community; please stop by any weekend and view the Devonshire and Biltmore models.
