Each lane will contain business booths within a certain category or theme, including Senior Street, Children’s Court, Leisure Lane, Home Highway, Health and Fitness Fairway, Financial Frontage and Women’s Walkway. This distinct categorization of each lane will appeal to a wide variety of professionals by helping them easily locate their niche market. The Festival of the Sugar Maples is an annual celebration where guests learn how maple syrup is produced, and then commemorate the experience by tasting the final product! Visitors will learn how maple syrup was made hundreds of years ago and discover how the process has changed over the centuries. Additionally, the festival will offer the opportunity to learn how maple trees produce sap each spring, how the sap is collected from the trees, and finally, how the sap is used to make maple syrup at the evaporator house.
