The Fair Diddley Craft Show is back and celebrating its 48th year supporting local businesses and artisans while raising money to donate to more than 20 McHenry County agencies affiliated with the Mental Health Resource League for McHenry County.

The fun kicks off on Sunday, May 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, on the historic Woodstock Square. More than 300 local crafters will line the streets to sell their hand-made items to nearly 10,000 shoppers and attendees.

Admission and parking is free, but parking is limited. To alleviate congestion, there will be complimentary shuttle buses picking up from the west end of the Government Center parking lot and dropping off at the corner of Johnson Streets and Calhoun, just outside of the event! Shuttles will begin running at 10 a.m. every 10 minutes, and will discontinue at 4:30 p.m.

The Fair Diddley’s prime Woodstock Square location makes it convenient to enjoy dinner at one of the nearby restaurants after the event concludes, such as Public House of Woodstock or BBQ King Smokehouse.
